Not sure if this info helps, but I thought I'd just throw a number out there for you. When I purchased my custom wheels from Budnik, I paid to have the rear wheels narrowed and they charged me $200 per wheel which was actually a pretty good price compared with other quotes i got. I'm pretty sure they do it to the hoop before the center section of the wheel is welded in, so I'm not sure if the machinery that is used to do the narrowing can handle a wheel that already has the center section installed like yours. I would think that it could, but you never know. Anyway, I know that info isn't of much help, but maybe the price might be something you can compare with. Good luck!

I have a question for you sir if you ordered these wheels brand new why did you have to have them shortened? That really doesn't make since to me. But the price you paid was very inexpensive. Brian look into wheels america the have 24 turnaround after they get your wheel and the price is pretty good. But I don't know what shipping would cost.

I went with a 19" rear wheel and hoops for 19" rims only came in 10" and 8" widths. I needed about a 9 to 9.25" width, so I had to purchase 19x10" hoops and have them narrowed. A 10" width would have been too wide and caused rubbing issues.
