I spend a lot of time in Chicago for business and I have seen this guy a lot! Seriously, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I always wondered how/why this dude with the crazy blond hair was driving people around downtown. This explains it! I have to take a photo next time...

Im in Chicago alot, this guy is a joke. On the wekkends you will always see hin driving around Goldcoast. What my friends have heard is that he does this to support payment loan payment on the ferrari and he has some type of other day job. The bank that gave him the loan is probably subsidary of Fannie Mae/Mac. Rumor has it the car is titled in his mothers name.
