Do you guys know whether the basic 3 module package is adequate for a 1st gen Camaro....with the usual stuff:yes: electric fuel pump, EFI, power amps, electric fans etc? (PS I think my Accel DFI will control some of those items itself...waiting for it to arrive)

The 3 cell system should be more than enough. It comes with default programming as follows. You can see all the additional outputs available.

POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 1: OPEN
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 2: OPEN
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 3: Ignition*
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 4: Starter*
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 5: Headlights
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 6: Parking Lights Instrument Lights etc.
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 7: High Beams
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 8: OPEN
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 9: Horn
POWERCELL™ unit 1- Switch Input 10: Fan Override-or-Spare

*Not allowed when security is ON

POWERCELL™ unit 2- Switch Input 11: Left Turn Signal
POWERCELL™ unit 2- Switch Input 12: Right Turn Signal
POWERCELL™ unit 2- Switch Input 13: 4-Way Flashers

I encourage you to hop on the Pro-Touring.com forum and check out our thread. We also started a new thread to discuss installation. Some of those guys have already installed the system.

I purchased a second hand system from ProX over on Pro-touring waiting.....it's in the mail I hear;) They are about 2 grand new for the Gen7 but Thruster is about $1600
