Thats right the lower bars can be adjusted. You can adjust the diff back and forward, up and down as well as side to side. It might take a bit of fine tuning but I should be able to find the sweet spot.

Great---thanks!! Last question---did you weld up any of it, or was it truly a "bolt on" deal? Please keep pics coming--especially when driveshaft is in and the exhaust goes on as well---would love to see what it all looks like when done.

It's 100% bolt in no welding at all. I will keep you up to date as things progress. The drive shaft is on its way from Kiesler with the T56 magnum. I will post pic's of that install soon. The exhaust on the other hand might be awhile. I'm going to take it in to a local shop and get something custom done up.

We have had a lot of concerns about running exhaust through the Watts link however it is not too bad. I have done two cars myself (a '68 convertible and a '69 hardtop) with stainless 2.5" and I really think 3" could be done with the right radius bends. I just bought pre-bent Dynomax mandrel elbows in various radii and TIG welded them together. If you need some ideas, this link shows how I ran the exhaust on the convertible. This is with a full width fuel tank too. Forgive the dirt, this car literally had just rolled in from Power Tour....

I looked at the thread you posted and my question is if you mini tubbed and run a full tank what is the widest tire you can fit underneath there??

Sorry for the delay, missed this question somehow. We run a 335mm wide tire on a 12" rim under our test car. The tank doesn't need to be narrowed for the torque arm suspension but makes running full length exhaust easier.

That looks great, thanks for posting up the pics! I have been looking at that trans crossmember for a while and after seeing your pics, I am sold on it!
