Just chacked out the pic on the other site...he is very lucky to be alive!
What a shame that was!! Looks like it was a nice car....and he JUST bought it!! |
Aww nothing a Dynacorn body and VIN swap won't take care of. :_paranoid
That sucks. |
With all the parts available for 69 Camaros do you think this can be fixed? Also if the insurance pays it off would you let them take it and destroy whats left of it? I think I would want to keep it if I had a warehouse or shop to house it in. Display it instead of just letting the insurance company crush it.

Sucks!
What a shame , but sheet metal can be fixed or replaced lives can't.

What a terrible mishap. Good to hear the driver is safe.
Makes you think twice to those looking at receivers and balls that are bargained priced. Not saying thats the cause, just an awareness. Ive always overkilled my load/pulling rates for extra measures and use a lock at the latch in lieu of a thin pullout pin |
Wow. Lucky no one was killed. Glad for that. You only die once.

Ok. I AM glad the driver is ok. And I hope he had enough sense to get some kind of coverage on it prior to the trip home since he JUST bought it. That sucks. But the good news is that there are PLENTY of '69 Camaros out there to replace it with. Looks like a perfect candidate for a Dynacorn shell. |
 This makes me ill.
We just got 12" of snow last night to deal with. If my plans workout to buy a camaro this weekend I'm totally paying to have it transported. |
