There was a truck last year at Del Mar with a similar build style to what you are doing. It was an early 30s truck cab on a heavily Z'd frame, dually rears, hiboy style, Powerstroke in it with a stick, and a wicked dropped axle front suspension. It was a riot in the autocross. I'll see if I can dig up any pics of it for you. You are on the right track.

Pretty cool truck there! Love the radiatior in the back look.

Just don't try to take it to any "traditional" shows with the big wheels, they won't let you in! ask me how I know! LoL!:mad:

Cool! My next door neighbor has a 41 Plymouth pickup he just put together. You wouldn't happen to have a Plymouth tailgate would you, or know where one is at?

the plain one might work for him ? tell him to be sure to check the width, the plymouth might be narrower.
