Scott,
Great pics and great to finally get your awesome '69 to Cars & Cafe (coffee to you and me). Thanks for taking the time to bring her up.. I know people were digging it. My friend Marty was talking about it for 2 hours. I'm sure that a friend of mine, Alex Bellus took some cool shots of your car.. I'll post them up when I see them. (kind of) Funny aside: the guy driving silver F430 in your 4th pic ran over a curb when he was leaving.. I think he was watching the hot blonde instead of where he should have been going. :wow: Take it easy, Chris |
Man, I wish I could have been there I was fighting my clear on the cobra. Looked thru the pics and saw a lot of friends made it maybe next month.

that place is sick. I would love to see something like that around here. Any idea what one of those condos run?

not a cheap investment especially if you see how some of them have been finished off but if you dont have the room on your present home then its definately cheaper then moving |
Scott.now I see where you were coming back from yesterday. I was heading to chanhassen to pick up some huge cedar beams for my garage remodel and I saw you on 494 by the airport. I was wondering where all the sweet cars were coming from.have to check that show some time if I can ever get my car out of my huge mess.thanks for the picts. PS. your car looks sweet driving down the road!

Very nice facility. Who owns the Lemans Blue Yenko parked beside you Scott? Was it real?

I used to live about 1/2 mile from there, nice place to walk around :)

At a minimum, the new owner would pay for paint and floor treatment to finish. Most guys go quite a bit beyond that. Mezzanine, floor coverings up/down, beyond basic electrical and lighting, etc. are additional. The smallest units are 13'x24' and run about $69K rough. Lot's of different sized units available as the big buildings are built to support a free span. Some guys have 100x80 units, but they aren't the norm. Not cheap, but as CDNbowtie pointed out, it's cheaper in many cases than relocating which is what helped us justify the cost. |
