(kind of) Funny aside: the guy driving silver F430 in your 4th pic ran over a curb when he was leaving.. I think he was watching the hot blonde instead of where he should have been going. :wow:

Man, I wish I could have been there I was fighting my clear on the cobra. Looked thru the pics and saw a lot of friends made it maybe next month.

not a cheap investment especially if you see how some of them have been finished off but if you dont have the room on your present home then its definately cheaper then moving

Scott.now I see where you were coming back from yesterday. I was heading to chanhassen to pick up some huge cedar beams for my garage remodel and I saw you on 494 by the airport. I was wondering where all the sweet cars were coming from.have to check that show some time if I can ever get my car out of my huge mess.thanks for the picts. Yes. $105 to $110 a square foot - sheetrocked through primer with in-floor heat, 100 amp service, floor drain in, basic electrical and basic lighting.

At a minimum, the new owner would pay for paint and floor treatment to finish. Most guys go quite a bit beyond that.

Mezzanine, floor coverings up/down, beyond basic electrical and lighting, etc. are additional.

The smallest units are 13'x24' and run about $69K rough.

Lot's of different sized units available as the big buildings are built to support a free span. Some guys have 100x80 units, but they aren't the norm.

Not cheap, but as CDNbowtie pointed out, it's cheaper in many cases than relocating which is what helped us justify the cost.
