Every entrant will need to consume at least 6 of them the night before to keep things equal:cheers:

Brian, sounds like a great event. Especially since it's close to home.

Things are progressing, We have the local SCCA scheduled to run the Auto-x for us so we dont even have to worry about picking up cones. I posted up the Host Hotel info over on PT.com and we have the Greening's lined up to host the dinner and hangout on Friday night at their new shop.

Reg should open up soon

We have hotel reservations, so hopefully we will be there!
What is the layout and surroundings of the road course? I ask because I am a beginner and wadding my car into something totally scares the crap out of me! Not to mention, I don't have a cage!! I really liked Putnam Park layout because it was very open and you would have to try really hard to hit something......(good for beginners)

Man, I REALLY need a cage!! LOL:(

Jimmy and I have been trying to get someone that has run at Nashville before to chime in here. Does the road course include part of the Nascar track or just the infield areas? How much run off room is there on the corners before you encounter a stationary object, like a wall? I know that Putnam had plenty of room on all corners but one making it very nice for those without a lot of experience.

Nashville Super Speedway

The road course uses two thirds of the front straight and dives down over the
apron before turn #1. The transition is best hit on an angle. The old pit wall
has been removed so there is plenty of room as you hit the infield course.
Basically a sweeper that tightens up leading to a chute and a tight right. That
leads up to the back straight. Short run and turn in before the Nascar turn #3.
nice little infield bit that leads to the front straight. I have run there several times.
Plenty of room for muscle cars.

The guys that run the SCCA all drive Vettes so the auto-X course will be
wide open and fasst.
