Excuse my noobness, are these the same as the world of outlaw cars and do they make 800 hp on methonal? I love the outlaws, very cool racing.

This was the IRA, a midwest big motor sprint car sanctioning body. Most of these guys race with the Outlaws when they come up through this area. :thumbsup:
