The Goodguys 10th annual Midwestern Nationals returns to Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas this weekend September 2, 3 & 4 bringing over 2,000 of the country’s hottest rods and coolest customs to the sparkling speedway. The three day event features a giant show & shine spread throughout the Speedway’s infield, vendor exhibits, swap meet & cars for sale corral, Saturday evening track cruise, Goodguys AutoCross, model car show, and lots more fun for the entire family!
Iowa’s Dave Lane, master craftsman and founder of Fast Lane Rod Shop will personally be on hand throughout the weekend to hand pick the Builder’s Choice awards! The Builder’s Choice and all special parking areas will be open Saturday, Sept 3rd from 7am to noon. The Goodguys Super Sunday Get-Together will be featured Sunday, September 4th. American powered cars and trucks of all years, makes and models are welcome at the event on Sunday. Show officials will be selecting several of the Super Sunday entries for that afternoon’s awards ceremony. The good news, however, is that Scott Mock's stepson, Kevin Miller, will be driving the OLC in the Vendor class in the autocross. Plus Scott's new second gen will be there so it should be a great show at the OPTIMA trailer!

Kevins (25) built this car and is running a bone Stock LS1 PULLOUT.with manifolds.. against these guys . Gets in the OLC CAMARO which he has never driven and in two runs has it a fraction of a second off of Kyle Tuckers DSE Chevy II . Kid knows how to wheel a car :thumbsup: |

Kyle Tucker picked up on his last run and is fastest overall by a fraction. they have some adjustment to make tonight to kevins 69. weather is supposed to be COOLER the next two days.. so should be some interesting updates coming from the weekend Tom |
Well,earier today I went for a ride w/Kevin In the OLC camaro.WOW!! that S.O.B frickin runs.( Very nicely built car)Kevin would stand on the load pedal and I would have bet money that it wasn't going stop when he needed it too.Those Baer-Brakes are awesome.Kyle Tucker was nice enough to poney up a heavier rear sway bar for us to try in Kevin's camaro.Just can't beat those folks from DSE:thumbsup: :hail:Kevin went out in my camaro, & 1st. lap in my Rag ran 31.00.He was so busy driving 4 differant cars Trent was calling him Mr.Finch:lol: .Going Bar-B-Q smoked Sauage for every one Tomorrow to say thanks.Will have Tom update everyone.
