Yes - that is a CNC Inc. balance bar design MC grafted into use with one of our hydraulic brake assist systems. One MC for the front brakes, and one MC for the rear brakes.

These guys are the best of the best and if you need help getting one let us know we have the best prices around. We use these on 90% of the projects and have never had one fail. Killer stuff
