Are those made of gold? The parts he listed cost like 12k. Of course if you're paying 100$ an hour they cost more but pretty much no one cares what you paid someone to make the car and that's not really a factor in how much it sells for.

Realistically this seems like a high number. There is next to nothing unique about it, in particular as far as Foose goes, it's a nice condition, clean generic camaro, which means it's at least 20k too high.

That doesn't mean someone won't pay that much however.

Its worth what someone will pay.

Here's a quick reminder:

Rules For Classifieds........ Read This Before Posting!!

1. You will need to have at least 20 posts in the regular forums and have been a member for 30 days minimum to be able to start any posts in the classified sections. DO NOT bypass this feature by posting for friends.

2. There are no commercial ads allowed except by Lateral-G sponsors. Any ads placed will be removed without notice.

3. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price and location of item. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price "or best offer". Ebay is allowed as long as there is a "buy it now".

4. No negative comments in the for sale or trade sections. We all have opinions, but this is a great community here, and I don't think we need to bash people for placing an ad that doesn't agree with our idea of value. Members should be able to place an ad without worrying about being bashed.

5. Watch out for cashier check scams. Here's a link to some good info regarding accepting a cashiers check for an item you're selling.

= open season:D

To me it looks like a nice, average $35K Camaro with some good parts on it. There's nothing about it that says high-end pro build except for some of the interior upgrades. The car could really be made nice with some attention in the engine bay and stance. I think the TPI holds it back some too. Just my opinon.

I'm not sure our community is the best judge of what this car is worth. At least, our tastes aren't fully aligned with the build style, and as such, we might guestimate towards the low side. A lot of us wouldn't pay anything near 60k for that car. The engine bay lacks a cleaned up firewall, LS engine, powdercoating over chrome, etc. We also tend to look for wide wheels and tires and subframes and link suspensions over nice interiors. This car has narrower tires, a higher ride height, and is built more as a driver/cruiser, than what a lot of us are starting to regard as the more race bred standard for street cars these days.

That interior is certainly tasteful, and the Foose name being attached will no doubt help sell the car to the type of buyer a car like this would attract. at an auction with a different demographic of buyers, they might decide the car is worth more.

Hey Jody, its cool I asked people what the car is worth and I know how much it cost to build a car like this.

Realcoray there are way more than 12K in parts on this car start adding up the parts and let me knwo where you get. Did he over pay to build the car yes but its still worth something.

This car with a LS engine and right stance would easy be $100K car the complete car has all new everything with full suspension, interior and all the upgrades just needs a new look IMHO. Thats why we posted it up here this would be a great project for someone to buy and drop a LS in it and then lower more with new wheels/tires. You would easy be in the car half of what its worth.
