I'm in Lenoir City, TN. I found a place in Knoxville that will mount them for $25 ea. I'm going to try some more lube, heat, and pressure first.

Stick with a tire soap lube, the oil based lubes are hard on the rubber and won't dissappear like the water based soaps.
