I am not sure what you mean by the factory one, it .mounts in front of ac condenser. It is pretty good sized I think bigger that what you would see in a ctsv caddilac. I ended up using a pump from lingenfelter for mine and purchasing several hoses with 90 degree bends worked pretty good.

I think this style is not as tall but thicker. I like the fans,, have to build some brackets to mount. The cr racing on bolts together pretty good.

I've had mine running for 4 months now and it does a great job. My tuner says it controls inlet temps much better than the stock Magnuson heat exchanger. He was impressed to say the least!

Do you have the part number for that vintage air condenser by chance?

Does anyone have pictures of one of these going in or installed? sure would appreciate seeing them..
