Thanks guys for the kind words, it means allot.

I found a picture of her with the seats (and her sinister jack russel, Minnie). Fronts are modified 67 Mustang seats, she didnt want head rests, but I insisted.

She designed the seats but the upholster didnt come through on all the bolstering she wanted.

And delivery just drove up :ups:

Freak Ride is here, WooHoo, custom made for these cars.

Wow,that's great. My wife comes out from time to time, but does not have much interest, She does however think our projects are cool and a good way to have a relationship.

Will do,here is how we started out together on old Fords...

She started at 10 with a 42 9N Ford, being my gopher. She asked so many questions I let her turn wrenches and taught her about hydraulics, and engines.

She bought this one for $750, parted it out for $2,750. Then she used the money to buy the R&C MII

And another one still in the works, Just like my Grand Dad's

Good luck with it! Glad you're getting to build the car with her.

I love the rendering! She has great taste!

I wish I could get either one of my girls out in the shop, wife or daughter. They don't get it.

Enjoy your time with your daughter!! They grow up and do their own thing way to fast!

I have been thinking about how to streamline the side of the car more and found a picture of a 64 wagon on the internet. Essentially he removed the vent window in front, and the little fake vent window behind the back glass in the rear door,

Anyone know how this is done with new glass? I have been told the rear window may not roll all the way down if I do this.

This is a 63 Wagon

Kasey's for reference

So to be more specific all that chrome would come off, the window frame would be body color, and the windows would have a tint.

No rear door handles, and Kindig flush mount body color front door handles.

This would clean up the side of the car and make it more monochromatic.

Thoughts?
