Yeah,...that is pretty awesome.
I still have it in my garage. I think I rode it like 20 times? lol It is a really nice bike. And it looks killer too.

Where do I find the year build on the bike? I looked on the bottom side of the frame, but there are no numbers. Also, was 4130 chromoly a special addition for haro?

I do believe a lot of those freestyle/bmx bikes were made of the 4130 chromoly.

Yep, any name brand bike worth a crap was 4130 and the junk was mild steel. It's definitely early because it doesn't have the twin top tubes but Vintage and Dan's Haros will get you all dialed in. Keep us posted

Dan told me what the year was by looking at pics! Damn he is good.

Man I always wanted one of those when I was growing up!! Just couldn't afford it really, so I had to settle for a Hustler (don't know much about it) but it got stolen and then a Diamond Back. Haro's were the bomb! Didn't know there was still a demand for those old bikes. Didn't expect to learn that on here, LoL!

Jimmy, I didn't expect to find info like this here either. I have an 84' Hutch Pro Raider in the basement that I've had since new. It is totally original from the tires to the grips, seat, etc. great shape also. My wife makes fun of my "hoarding", but she won't be laughing when she finds out that the bike is actually worth more than it was new. I love LatG!

That bike could fetch thousands easily.
Any pics?

Scott beat me to it. I read this thread when it first started and had to chuckle. I never thought a BMX bike would have future collector value and I didn't think I'd ever find that out on this website. I think it's great that there can be a collector market for all sorts of items that most people wouldn't even think about. Good luck to you guys. Guess I'm going to have to keep my eyes out when I pass yard sales now.

Edit: Who here, besides me, loved the movie Rad? Come on, no lying and pretending that you didn't.

Here you go tones. 100% original. It's very dusty, but overall great shape. Needs new grips, and the tires are rotten. Seat has some scratches, and the seat post has some surface rust on it. I lost the top bar pad, and the gooseneck pad in a house fire in 91'. I never left the bike outside. I kept it in my bedroom, because I had other bikes get stolen. Chrome is perfect. Did you say thousands, with an s?
I'm down with the Flu currently. I will roll this out side and shine her up when I feel better. Sorry for the crappy picture.
