The car runs a little hot. I get around 200-210 sitting in traffic. Ive wired up an electric fan and that really knocked out the cooling issue. But knowing that I have an issue I wanted to do something more to keep the air directed in to the radiator. The rad is an ebay special that is really just a wide 2 core. I want to see if I can get the cooling totally dialed without having the added expense of a new radiator. I came up with some little baffles (i guess thats what they are) that run between the core support and the grill. I've seen a few people run/make these and as an added bonus, it cleans up the appearance a bit under hood.
Started with cardboard

I do not have a brake so the bending was done with a bench vise and rubber mallet.

I just noticed a small dent in the panel. ah-well...

Ill post the finished product with both sides soon.

The close out panel is looking great Rob, nice work! I couldn't see the video of the rear suspension but saw you mentioned upgrading the rear CO's. I've got some double adjustable VariShocks I could send you if they'd work. They need to be rebuilt....I don't remember what they told me for rebuilding but it was waaay cheaper then new ones. If they'll work and you're interested, you can have em.

Btw, your tach is crooked:lol:

Thanks for the kind words. As for the CO's that sounds perfect! I really appreciate that. Where are you located?

I'm just east of Seattle. I'll go out and get some details/measurements and let you know what they look like. Have you got a picture of the rear set up?

1 Attachment(s)
10-1/2" C-C compressed
14-1/2" C-C extended

The second picture is one of the fronts, looks the same to me other then the top mount which can be changed.

No pictures at the moment. It is the TCI 4 link for the Falcons. Those look like they'll work great. Let me take some measurements.

12.5 center to center at ride height. Those should work great.

I'll send you a PM, you want the fronts as well? Haha!
