So can anyone recommend a source that is capable? If it can be done I would like to compare the price vs. buying new. The wheels are Intro if it makes a difference.

You re barrel your own 2 piece wheels?

I know guys do three piece but have not heard about them cutting and welding to rehoop 2 piece wheels.

The Intros run about 400-500 each new.

Oh these are welded two piece, i thought it was a one piece barrel with a bolted in center. Yeah at 400/500 i can see why cutting and welding into a new hoop would not be worth it.
