Well from a PCV point of view you should be covered though I still would consider a catch can, especially if you will autocross or track the car in the future.

Regarding the steam vent line, yes connect it to that port on your radiator. 1/4" ID hose will fit the steam vent barb on the engine.

I dug into a little more and discovered that the tube from the valley cover is looped to the vacuum port behind the throttle body.
