Well from a PCV point of view you should be covered though I still would consider a catch can, especially if you will autocross or track the car in the future.

Regarding the steam vent line, yes connect it to that port on your radiator. 1/4" ID hose will fit the steam vent barb on the engine.

Thank you, will do on both! By the way, love your car and great YouTube vids!

What is connected to the orifice tube in the drivers side? LS3 crate engine instructions say to tee the two tubes together and take them to the intake before the MAF...

At least that is my recollection.

Don, are you referring to the one that's capped off above the steam vent in the picture? If so, that's not connected to anything.

Dave, as I mentioned in my last post this car is new to me and I'm trying to "fix" any deficiencies that I come across. I really appreciate you spotting that and chiming in. Yes it is capped! There's a bung in the radiator near the cap, think that's a good spot to connect that to?

Take the cap off and run a line to your radiator. You need a steam vent

Chad, thank you so much for taking the time to explain that, and the link to the "CCV bible " , a ton of good info there. I just bought this car and I'm trying to make sure it's squared away before I really push it. I dug into a little more and discovered that the tube from the valley cover is looped to the vacuum port behind the throttle body. Here is a picture.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...0e16d52c71.jpg

That is what i used to then run to my oil catch can. Here is my setup
