The two you originally had 15' tall tires .That was the tire tech "back in the day".The IMSA Camaro pictured also had 15" rims.The taller the rim the shorter the sidewall.So what car are you trying to fit these on? that will make a difference on what you are trying to do.

To get that look, I would think you can buy those tires.
