They got back on things here this week. I believe we got about 5" of rain, so the excavator had to pull off for a week. Looks like site prep will be done this week and should be ready for concrete towards the end of next week.

Wow! That's a lot of dirt work. Will you need any sort of retaining wall on the slope side to keep it from sliding down the hill?

Do you now have to let that sit for a certain period — or are they able to compact it to code or whatever requirement??

Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, the concrete contractor kinda screwed me. He took another job and then the winter set in here in northern WI.
The site is all prepped and ready to go. It will work out for the best letting the site go through a frost cycle besides all of the rain and snow load to help settle. Patiently waiting....................... |
