Have you driven Laguna in any car before?

Glad you're not in my group.... :peepwall: :D

If you're in red, everybody's in your group. Come track day, movements (out of red) will be necessary, as you Bay Area types just live to create traffic jams everywhere you go. I usually wind up volunteering to go down, then wind up with tons of track all to myself in yellow . . . Nobody wants to be yellow.:getout:

Depending on how the car's behaving, I could go up one. Since you've got the full pajamas and extra-loud exhaust, Dave, you should aim for green.

Tomorrow may include some new brake pad bedding on a lovely country road . . .

No. In any car. Was thinking about doing yellow, still may. But if i sleep at a Holiday Inn the night before, i might just do green. Seriously though, i know i can hold my own in the Camaro, and am better in the P=car. Not knowing the track. But, knowing the racing line and big noticable apexes, will help, alot.

Depending on how i'm doing too. Might start in Yellow, but it will be a fast day (time wise, trac time limited). But, i have a few buddies in red that i know i can keep up with.... we'll see, not gonna learn by being on the couch...

Based on what I've seen anyone and everyone is apparently qualified to do Green at the Norcal Shelby events....

Forecast is showing rain.... which we need actually to move this crappy air out of here. :disgusted:

Rain going through my bitchin' new hood vents (not from Home Depot's HVAC section!) concerns me far more than rain at the track. It's the central coast. How much rain could there really be? I'll ask my knees and shoulders the morning of . . .

-Any run times posted? typically 4 run groups with 20 minute sessions, 10 min apart?
-is there any reason to be there earlier than 7:30/7:45? Tech is done by us, the -last time i ran with them they had someone doing tech checks...
