What gauge wire should I use to ground the engine to the core support? 8 gauge?

It do appreciate the help with this.

Almost can't go too big, the manufacturers used those stainless flat weaved straps on many grounds. I think 8ga would be fine though.

I wanted to give everyone an update. I ended up running an 8 gauge wire from the motor to the core support. My lights are now working perfectly. Thank you for the help.
