Whether I put a 1/2" spacer under the bags or not, it would still tear the plastic inner wheelhouse out if I blew aline. It doesn't touch the ground, but the headers are close when it's aired down. I have the line protected pretty well - ran through rubber grommets and shrouded with rubber hose where ever it is near anything that it could possible rub on. It has gone up to a week with basically no pressure change (within the error of the gauges).

What is a typical pressure for the front and rear on these cars? I haven't really measured where I want it to sit for driving, but it seems like I'll be in the neigborhood of 95 to 105 psi up front and 35 to 45 psi in the rear. Does that sound about right?

Well, gotta go to a meeting!

Later,

Brandon

Front sounds about right. The rear sounds a little low. The air spring should be about 4.5-5" tall at ride height. From there it can be fine tuned to driver preference.
