We talked about making one in Carbon for you guys, I have a car and am building all the billet stuff now and would like to have some interior stuff for you guys. Let me know how many we can sell and we can go from there.

I'd like something like the marquez unit that they have for the Camaro

Fesler, if you make one for 5" gauges, I'll take one for sure. I spoke to John at Covan's Thunder Road and he built his for the 3-3/8" only, said he felt that the big gauges were too much. Considering the factory hole is 4", I don't really agree with that sentiment. It'd be nice to have made one with the choice, kind of like what Anvil did with their carbon '69 Camaro dash.

As long as I'm throwing out suggestions, I think it'd be sweet if the aux gauges were in a row at the top across the hvac, kind of like the 70's firebirds.

agreed. I'd personally like to get hold of a billet dash w/5" gauges. The smaller tac/speedo's don't look right at all. Will Camaro door panels etc. fit a Firebird?

Yep, Camaro doors and door panels will fit the corresponding year Firebirds. I put the deluxe door panels in my 'bird, and noticed that the ABS backing on the aftermarket panels has the trim markings on the back for both the Camaro trim and the Firebird emblems, etc.

Any updates on dashes for 69 firebird? I have one as well and need something to replace the ugly original. Carbon would be great. Does anyone know if the DSE for the 69 camaro could be made to work?

Thanks

Jason

I guess I have no choice but to go with the Covan's unit since we haven't heard anything in so long.
