Im trying to ID the heads and intake
its a victor intake brodix heads where do i find the numbers? I see some on the end of the head 109 stamped also found another number on the heads M709 |
after installing a stud girdle for the rockers and got a set of billet valve covers I decided to throw on a fresh coat of POR 15 engine paint.

Sorry, but I have been on the other side of one of these deals. My ex got a 71 442. 455/4speed/ac etc. convert. Then the dumbass sold it for $5000!!!!!!!!!!
I guess this thread just brings back bad memories. Maybe the thing to do would be call the previous owner and see if he wanted it back for $500. :thumbsup: Always remember this, what goes around, comes around....... I really don't mean to rain on your parade, it is just I have been there, know the feeling. |
im sure if the guy wanted it he would have said so in the settlement.
he just took his clothes and cars with tools and left. I talked to the guy today he said its better i got it than some idiot that dont know what he got . plus he laughed when I told him I got the motor off his wife for 500 bucks. So everything is cool. Turns out we went to high school together and used to hang out a long while back. |
