I talked with a dective twice yesterday. They have copies of every deal he made on three different sites.

I may have gotten my money back. The credit card company did a charge back to paypal but paypal is holding the money on another account.

I'm on a mission to see this clown behind bars.

1. I sold mexicanic on pro-touring a sub-frame that I no longer needed. He asked me to hold it for several weeks because he was going to have a friend pick it up. Guess what. His friend never came to pick the sub frame up. He asked me to ship. I said sure and he paid for shipping. The shipper picked up the sub-frame. The pallet the subframe was on broke because it was two pallets tied together. I went and picked it up. The sub-frame is still in my possession and I have no problem with him picking it up or shipping. the reason it's still here is that there is no shipper that will ship the sub-frame for the quoted price. I have an add on uship to see if I can get a shipper at the original rate. Mexicanic knows that and now you know that. Why he decided to post and act like I took his money ($100) and refused to send him the sub-frame is crazy. All PMs available to anyone who cares...and yes I was banned from the site.

2. I never sold rich-allen a T56 transmission. He contacted me about the transmission I had for sale and I told him it was already sold. And yes it was already sold, shipped and received by Leadfoot1 who is a member in Canada. Who by the way had no complaints except for the fact I forgot to include the flywheel as it was still bolted to the engine. (By the way he also bough other items from me. I told Rich-Allen that there was a guy who did work on my car that had a t56 and gave him the email address. what happened between them is between them. When I found out the guy did not send him the merchandise and gave him all of the information I had on the guy and even offered to send him $400 I owed the guy if he didn't come through with the transmission. Now he is acting crazy and decides to slander my name by associating me with a deal that I never was involved with.

3. I have sold a cross member (khoult), 12 bolt, etc with out a problem and purchased many things with out a problem.

4. I did sell a guy on ls1 tech a 6.0LQ4 motor. He was dissatisfied and if you go read the thread you will see what happened.

5. The ls1 / 4l60 was purchased and shipped to it's new owner and is still in transit.

6. Why in the world would a vendor contact me pretending to contact me about an item I purchased on my credit card (well over a month ago) that had been declined because I canceled the card then offer to give my number out to another member? Crazy.

This hole thing is crazy.

I didn't "pretend" to contact you about anything other than our business. You placed an order with me on Feb 16 and we held your order for 4 months while trying to collect payment from you.
I saw this thread the next day and made the connection. Both Reboot04 and Rich-Allen are good clients of mine and I wanted to make sure they were not getting screwed around like I was.

I publicly apologize for putting that out there; if you aren't the guy these two have beef with that is.

This guy can lie all he wants, the detective for Internet crimes showed me how to go into my server and find out exactly who Bob is and I bet you can't guess who the address links back too....
