Marty,

I think I caught a picture shortly after yours that shows one of the final touches. I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed to have a dually without these - right? They have a custom mount that raises them up as the truck gets lower - don't want them to drag!

It gives it that nice classy touch that I think Travis was going for:P

I couldn't resist - what else would I spend the remaining few minutes of my lunch hour doing! Gotta love photoshop! I can't remember the last time I used it for something serious, but it's great for jokes!

long story , but i will give you the short one .
travis had a 26ft eliminator cat , no truck to pull boat , always had my 05 ford dually pulling his boat ,while i used my demo to pull my boat now
travis gets truck finished so he can pull 26ft boat , sells boat .
now kenny gets to use it to pull his 30ft boat !

Pro Rides 11-22-2008 01:36 PM

Well thats not a bad deal for you now Kenny is it. Time to cash in on all the shop space it took up!

I got $20 that says it won't make it up the boat ramp.

Very nice!! I too have a dually for a shop truck. It's lowered, red and black two toned, foose 16's, etc. One thing that's bugged me is that body line that you corrected right behind the rear doors. I have been thinking of bagging the truck, again, just the right way this time. The previous owner took all but one leaf out and bagged on that! I love what you've done!! You give me drive to do this, thanks. Also, have you machined the alcoas or found tires to fit? Also, how much for tires round about? Are there 2 wheels per side in the back? One or 2 pics made it look like you only run the outside wheels. Ok, once again, killer!!

You'd be surprised what these trucks can handle...

it will have plenty of power to pull it , but it wont have enough traction . my 05 f350 2wd 6.0l dually will not get my boat up the ramp , it just spins the rear .

jy211 11-25-2008 07:19 AM

looks great. love the bed. What's the interior gonna look like?

kennyd 11-25-2008 09:12 AM

factory red

fesler 01-03-2009 06:48 PM

kennyd 01-05-2009 06:35 AM

its for sale . 25k

wiedemab 01-05-2009 07:25 AM

Welcome back online Kenny. I hope you are doing well.

The Dually came out nice. Good luck with the sale - Travis.

SickSpeedMonte 07-07-2009 01:51 PM

This truck is sick, I have always loved this body style.

Muscle Car PWR 11-18-2009 10:36 PM

Always loved this body style as well. I have a 98 with a Belltech 5/7 drop, 17-inch Brentz Hot Rod dually wheels, GMC nose, bright red with everything color matched and retro trim graphic. They do everything a newer Diesel will do for a fraction of the coin.

Do you have shaved doors handles and some sort Harley reference on the side of your truck? If so, I saw your truck on lambert... Damn it is a clean looking truck.

Muscle Car PWR 11-21-2009 05:51 PM

Door handles aren't shaved and no Harley art but it may have been me. i have a friend who has a shop over there.
