Finally got the rear suspension set-up and subframe connectors in. The owner comes buy all the time and decided to make a huge change. Were getting rid of the 6-speed manual and putting in one of the new 6 speed automatics from T.C.I. So next week we will start on the motor and trans placement.
Also I had a little help from Foss Bohlen this afternoon. He's a tough cookie to work for :D |
That is going to be a wild car.

It's always easy to make the first one. To make the second one and make it match but backwards is the part I hate. But anyhow here's a pic of the drivers side wheel tub.
The last pic is an example of how I felt after I got the second tub done :) |
Looks like you worked the little one to much today. You may want to cut his hours back to minutes per day. He might not sleep so much at work.

Hey now!!! I don't need no double teamming :willy: That's not fair !!! |
It's been slow but steady. The back end is pretty much rapped up. With all the Cuda's that have been built no one has made it bumper less like a new Challenger. The customer wanted to emulate that look so this what we came up with. I think it came out pretty bitchen. He also wanted a rear diffuser with some fins. We hand made them out of 2 peaces over a buck so it would follow the same shape as the body and bolts in from the trunk. Except for some final weld and metal finish it's just about there. Stay tuned cause the front comes next.

Couple more
