Great build. Looks awesome... Love the colors- as you can see I am partial to the black/white Z28.
Question though, did you paint or powder coat the radiator/intercooler? I want mine black too. Thanks |

Parking brake
4 Attachment(s)
After searching on the forums for a nice clean way to run the emergency cables on a F-body, this is what I came up with. I bent a piece of 19 gauge steel on a brake then used nutserts to attach it to the side of the subframe and floor board, it should be plenty rigid for what it needs to do and it will be painted black also. I am sure there are better ways to do this.

Been working on the fuel system and also installing sound deadner. Had to order more Dynamat to finish up. For anyone doing a Camaro, Firebird, or Nova, to do the roof, inside of doors, backside of firewall and cowl, inside of kick panels, tubs, deck panel, complete floor and the underside of the speaker box, it is taking me app. 92 square feet of Dynamat.
|
Very nice. Thanks for the info on the Dynamat.
|
It looks like it moving a long. Nice work.
|
Camaro looks awsome  who's fuel tank did you use?
|
Thanks, it's a Ricks tank with 2 Walboros in it, the 2nd one will come in off of boost via a hobbs switch. The beauty of it is if you have problems with one pump a override switch will turn the second one on to get you home.

Wow I just went through this whole thread and is this car sweet!!!!! I love the colours the wheels. Car looks crazy!!! I noticed in one of the pics when the car was painted the body shop floor was wet....was it painted in that open area? If it was man your body guy is crazy talented.Keep the pics coming!
