My backyard is almost "full" - No signs of letting up yet!. :willy:
Luckily my dog is taking care of the snow - one bowl at a time.

BonzoHansen 02-06-2010 04:45 PM

ccracin 02-06-2010 05:25 PM

We got 24". I have been out all day between my place and my Dad's. He has been without power since 9:00 last night. Still have heat with generator running. It's a rough one.

We had it almost this bad last year, Greg...

It was nice to look at, but it basically shuts down this area when something like that happens. Unfortunately, people around here cannot drive worth a damn in the snow.

GregWeld 02-07-2010 08:10 AM

Roger....

You didn't look where I live -- I'm in BELLEVUE... and yes - we had it so bad I left the 4 wheel drive dually parked (afraid of the OTHER IDIOTS OUT) and SNOW SHOED to the grocery store for something to do! I got tired of being stuck in the house... I really enjoyed it actually - for about 4 days - but after that it was a real PITA.

Vegas69 02-07-2010 08:12 AM

And to think I was supposed to go golfing today.:D It's rained more here this year already than all of last year.

GregWeld 02-07-2010 01:03 PM

Welcome to my world Todd...

Continuous rain delay.

ccracin 02-07-2010 01:10 PM

Greg - it is absolutely beautiful .... it's fairly rare that we get this much snow, but I do enjoy being out in it.

A couple of pics from today ... got the driveway cleared and cars uncovered. Not sure about work tomorrow ... main highways are still pretty bad.

billscamaros 02-07-2010 04:57 PM

we've had two big snows in the DC area this year .... first was about 24" and this one was over 30". we rarely ever get any heavy snow, so i certainly won't complain.

GregWeld 02-07-2010 05:01 PM
