it has mufflers and all the light work! but that c12 is not cheap.it is a little radical for my small town streets as well.it's on the back burner for now.i need to get crackin on my red nova.

WSSix 07-06-2013 12:47 PM

Just a thought on the white one, could you switch it to run E85? That might be something to think about. I only know E85 is a higher octane fuel though so I could be sending you on a goose chase.

Glad to see you're having fun and making progress. Novas need more attention.

tubbed69 07-06-2013 01:41 PM

nice collection of novas,I am a nova fan also

Mine is 11.5 to 1 with a 600 lift roller so I can get by with 110 and some pump gas, but I agree, still expensive to burn...
Can't wait to see more pics of the Red car!! Get crackin'!!

What wheels are those?

ScotI 03-14-2014 09:06 AM

Nice collection of Novas. This car has a sweet parts list & the white/blk vinyl top car looks OE great!

What accessory bracket set are you using on your 427? Looks like 88-93 GM sbc serp brackets.

andrew5 03-14-2014 03:03 PM

yes,it's a gmpp bbc front runner kit. it was a great price, and i plan on driving (and punishing) this car.so if something breaks,it will be an easy part to get.i think it was like $800 for everything, belt, compressor waterpump,p/s pump.all the pulleys, alternator and tensioners.

WicKeD_SS 04-21-2014 07:11 PM

hey andrew did you get a chance to take some pic's of the steering shaft? Im going to order heads in the next few weeks, and might not go with AFR if its a mess to get the speedtech shaft to work with them, ill have the whole dog house on so it wouldnt be as easy.

Thanks

pic suck, sorry for the delay.my shaft was a pain due to all the mods.i'm sure the heads didn't help, but they are worth it in my opinion.

Ketzer 10-15-2014 07:03 AM

Hard to tell, is that a single joint or did you wind up having to do two joints?

Jeff-

andrew5 10-15-2014 03:52 PM
