Mark -- You'll just have to retire now... after all... you're now two years older than when I did... and just look at me (well... don't look to closely)! I have to take a vacation from my vacation! LOL

We should see if Charley will put you on his payroll... you can hang out and wash and wax JA daily. You'll have to use The Mule for a parts chaser... and air up the tires on the cars for track days. :woot:

Start sending the checks

Glad to hear you're on the mend, Mark. Do they have you on Plavix (Sp?)?

I hope you get to make SEMA and have a stress free time doing it.

tones2SS 08-29-2010 04:56 PM

That would be great if you can go home tomorrow and rest at home instead of the being in the hospital!
Good luck buddy and my prayers are with you.

RECOVERY ROOM 08-29-2010 05:04 PM

I thought he was joking at first when he called, We have gotten to be good friends and tease each other. He is doing better. Went thru something like that myself at his age and pulled thru without a problem. I'm 46 now.... Talked to him today again and he sounds good.

coolwelder62 08-29-2010 06:30 PM

RECOVERY ROOM 08-29-2010 07:29 PM

Just talked to him and the nurse was taking his vital signs...:unibrow: Sounds like his going home tomorrow. And no he didn't get a heart attack with my bill, I told him cost long before this happened..LOL. When he gets home we are going to start going thru some pics and show the build process, We just have to quit thinking of more stuff to keep doing to it.

ROKN69 08-29-2010 08:25 PM

Hey Mark,
Hope your doing well. I hope the tubbing I sent you wasn't clogged. Last thing we need is the car going to the E.R. :woot:

bigtyme1 08-30-2010 10:26 AM

Doing much better today but they have decided to keep me here one more day. I guess this just gives Tracey more time to change his mind and come up with more idea's, Still planning on RTTH, the car may not be 100% yet, But I need to drive it.

Doing much better and should be home Monday

Are you serious:wow: I can't believe that. Man would I have been feeling bad if I had not called you back and read this. Dude I hope you feel better. I know how things get with going faster than you should in life. Stuff like this will make you think different for the right reasons, I hope you can figure out some way to slow down and not feel like you are not doing enough everyday. I am so glad to here you are OK and getting better. I am sure your wife had a scare with all that but nice to here your buddy kept his calm and finished the truck...

So I take it you found the lower OEM shock mounts....in that one spot that you would remember was stressing you out.:willy:

Really we can have fun with it but it is really nice to know you are OK and things didn't go the worse way. Hang in there.

Nick:cheers:
