That looks great, nice work.
|
I like the exhaust ports. Good job.
|
thanks guys.. just trying to be a little different without over doing it.
I almost went and bought lexus ls460 exhaust tips but they were like $180 each piece. im thinking making some kind of wire mesh grill s for it. they will sit deep in there so as not to lose the visual on the lip. |

tenzo seats
4 Attachment(s)
I came across this seats recently and I thought they were just bad ass. have not gotten the chance to touch the car for a few months now working all the time now. but back to the seats this are tenzo -R gt seats all carbon fiber bottoms and backs black leather with red stitching fully reclinable and fold up. they almost bolted right on the stock position,
my first choice were the recaro pro topline but I guess at the end of the day I just couldnt pass this up.http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/.../tenzos001.jpg |
I really like those seats, where did you get them from??
|
I bought these on craigslist as far as I know they are no longer making them.
|
Looking good! You are doing an excellent job.
|
Wow Frank. Very cool score...!

cant wait to see that thing in person, so is it that ferrari gray after all? the thought of letting it go has crossed my mind plenty but im still moving along at crawl speed, i got a few projects to get done at work hopefully make some money and if there is enough left after bills and taxes I may get the DSE sub. im hoping to get a good solid two or three months off work so I can dedicate my self to the camaro and well of course to the little one |

Stick w that plan Bro ;) |
Finally got around to picking this thing up from Sal
http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...v11/photo3.jpg http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...v11/photo2.jpg and a few other goodies |
well finally got a few hours here and there to ove on project and this is where i'm at. installed DSE roll cage, sub frame connectors , subframe, and dropped engine and trans to see where I need to cut. as you can see on pictures need to make room for the magna against the firewall , raise tunnel for t56, and I figure I would build my own cross member. also been talking to mark @ street & performance in regards to relocating my ac compressor , and maybe my alternator ( the plug barely hits sub ).
and so the struggle continueshttp://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...1/photo1-2.jpg http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...1/photo2-1.jpg http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...1/photo3-1.jpg http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...1/photo4-1.jpg |
a few more of the cage and connectors

Thanks Ron.
I see so many great builds by talented people here that sometimes I think I can make some my self. I find my self cutting up brand new flooring than I'm like o Damm what did I get my self into. Kind of like staying at the holiday inn and thinking I'm a doctor :D |
trying to get this tunnel done but now I got caught up with dse close out panel maybe I'll smooth out the fire wall. well that just leads to some thing else. my problem, I'm always thinking since I went this far why not do this.
hope to drive this thing some day before I die or run out of money. http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...rankv11/p5.jpg http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...rankv11/p1.jpg |
Just found this thread Frank, Awesome
Greg |
Looking good! That will definitely stiffen it up.
|
Very Nice! I've also been thinking about running this type of crossmember...
|
I've been thinking of doing this very thing to my 67 Camaro. I'm curious how you routed your exhaust to the tail panel? You have to cross the framerail at some point with the exits outboard of the frame like you have it. It looks killer the way you did it. Wanna come do mine:P

thanks guys
Makoshark I have yet to cross that road yet but I guess I'll have to go under and over to level . one thing for sure is that is not going to be fun. |
