Bucketlist2012 02-04-2012 12:29 PM

front spoiler..

Steve,

The good news is that my Wife does not like my Plastic front spoiler..

The bad news is that she will not approve spending the money right now to fabricate a metal one and paint it Black..

BUT... Once the Interior is done....I will revisit that. Had not thought of doing that until she mentioned it...

Vince@Meanstreets 06-16-2012 01:29 AM

pretty interesting intercooler design, should work out great.

Any updates on this one?

214Chevy 07-02-2012 05:40 PM

This beauty is coming along nicely. The fabbing is over the top!!

EBMC 07-02-2012 10:53 PM

The monthly budget has been going to parts lately and building up the body and paint reserves. That actually worked out well as we were full steam ahead trying to get "Tenacity" ready for Columbus. If all goes as planned , we should have this car at SEMA.

John510 07-02-2012 11:41 PM

Steve what brand are the valve covers on Tenacity?

I bought them a long time ago when I was poking around on EBay from an individual with no car in mind at the time. I have no idea what brand they are. I wish I knew because they are good quality and look great as well.

I could be completely off but they look like the ones from Wegner

EBMC 10-20-2012 08:45 PM

Ok, Ok! Havent updated in a while so here we go...

We needed something to transition from the Anvil carbon wheelwells to the AME sub. This is what we came up with....

http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/a...ring/008-2.jpg

http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/a...ring/010-3.jpg

Radiator support fabbed up with huge Ron Davis radiator, intercooler radiator, AC condensor and RS headlight doors = tight fit!

http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/a...ring/014-2.jpg

http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/a...ring/015-1.jpg

We grabbed some fresh air on both sides to direct to the air filter areas behing the headlights....

Thanks guys, weve been working alot on this car lately and are just about done with all the fab work and ready for teardown. I'll have some pics soon.

Vince, the air filters, K&N cone style, are behind the fender area in the corners.

DOOM 01-08-2013 09:09 AM

Steve outstanding as always!!!

Al Moreno 01-08-2013 10:33 AM

Can't wait to see more. Steve are you running the radiator fill cap on the upper radiator hose?

No Al, we are actually in the process today of building an expansion tank to mount over the inner fenderwell area with matching power steering res. on driver side.

Steve I'm sure I speak for most when I say I enjoy your fab pics as much as seeing your finish cars. I'm really looking forward to see how you do this, please post pics!

Tim M 01-17-2013 10:03 AM

This is Tim, the newbie at EBMC. Part of my job here will be to try and do a better job of keeping updates coming on our projects, and free Steve up to spend more time in the shop. Not sure when he last posted about this Camaro project.....but work is underway again! Expansion tanks and plumbing, intake system, etc. Pics will follow soon.
Some of you will know me by my alter ego here...FreddieCougar. I believe I have found a home here, and look forward to keeping you all posted on the many cool projects here in the shop!
