Gas cap installed. Have to make a flange on the inside that connects to the filler neck and fuel cell.

I'll betcha that wasn't the easiest place to grind the welds in. Love the vintage gas filler door. Are you going right hand drive with this build or left?

Hehe, yes it took awhile. Gonna be left hand drive as original.

Very nice build! No offense, but I think an aircraft style flush mount filler cap something like this would work better aesthetically.

Thanks for the tip! As said though - no offense, but I really don´t care what others think is aesthetically correct or not. I like the cap and that´s why I put it there. Besides, it´s one of a kind ;)

Haha, thanks everybody! The cap was made by a swedish guy who just started up a new machine shop.
