I have another one we are working on currently and I will post pics when it is further along. Dave's camaro is pretty aggressive and the one we are currently doing is just as wide but along more refined. But It is way more work then what we did on James Shipka's OLC2 and Dave's car.

That there might take the tittle of "THE BADDEST 69 CAMARO IN THE UNIVERSE"! :D

Guess I should have stated

on adding the width to the middle of the car...cutting the floor out and having Roger build a frame. Just kicking stuff around outside of the proverbal box.

or that amount of work you'd be better off buying a dedicated racecar or obsolete nascar. I wonder how big the market would be for fibreglass or carbon widebody wings?

Payton & Legend:

Thanks for the input.

That would certainly clean up the the sides, however even though the car would develop a bit of a hourglass figure, I think it would further bring out the classic lines of the car while adding some aggressive Vintage Racing Style.

Not totally efficient aerodynamically, but for the period (Late 60's) it certainly wouldn't be out of line I don't think.

Sprinkled with some modern touches of current technology, it should bring out the classic, "Pro-Touring", theme I would think.

Too many visual modern upgrades would have a tendency to eventually make the cars look like the "Jelly Beans" we have on the road now.

Opinions or thoughts?

Ty
