timpala62 02-27-2013 11:57 AM

do you have any interior pics of the passenger floorboards. Street ANd Performance in Mena AR is doing our 58 Impala ....it may give the a idea on how to achieve the rear floorpan modification....
thanks.

Couple of updates on the Biscayne.
Some minor assembly, tuning and trim remaining before it goes off to upholstery.
Also got the modified bumpers back from chrome and on which fantastic. (True Biscayne aficionado's will know ;))

Got the Forgeline RB3C's on also which look killer with the car. Just the right amount of contemporary and classic together.

So Awesome!!! I had a chance to chat with Wilton a few months back and he mentioned this car. He seemed like a true car guy. I hope to meet him in person some time. He had nothing but great things to say about RS and the whole crew!

I'll say it again - just plain AWESOME

That Suburban is one we built a couple of years ago. It gets driven all the time (Power tour, etc) We see it for service back at the shop, usually with the front covered in bugs, chips and tire rubber stuck to the lower edge of the rear quarters!

Out of the park for sure! Another great job guys. Keep it up.

cluxford 04-04-2013 09:40 PM

Chris, I've followed this build for a while and am blown away by yet another amazing car from RS...well done to the team.

Question, I am in Australia and have a 61 Buick, I have plans...too many to fund right now, but I will be soon. I'm interested in the chassis you built for this, did you save a jig and could you rebuild another ? I was going to build my own, but this might save some time and $$

FETorino 04-06-2013 09:54 PM

Is there ever anything else to say about your guys work other than phenominal

:hail: :headspin:

syborg tt 04-07-2013 08:10 AM

Saw the car yesterday. This is how all cars should be built !!!

Thanks everyone! We appreciate the compliments!

This car definitely turns heads wherever it goes. You could park this car next to a new Lambo and it would probably have a bigger crowd around it. A testament to the fantastic styling of the '60 body and the subtle tweaks we did, combined with the new ride height/stance of the FAST TRACK chassis and Forgeline wheels.

Thanks! - This chassis is one of our production FAST TRACK chassis for this GM body ('58-'64 - http://roadstershop.com/chassis/58-64-impala-chassis/), so we can definitely get one together for you. Just get in touch when you are ready and we can go over everything with you.

With the owner having taken delivery of the car just this weekend, thought it time to post some pics of a couple of final details and the completed car.

Enjoy!

I love it!! Especially, the way y'all made the "Roadster Shop Motors" sticker look old and cracked from the weather. This car is flat out awesome.:cheering: :cheering:

Sieg 06-17-2013 09:49 AM

Trophy Build!

If that was mine I'd be one very proud owner.

MSTSFabbed 06-17-2013 10:26 AM

Absolutely sick! I love the vintage stickers and custom emblems! Those are just such a nice little touch.

If you can, can you give us some details on the Pantera or start a thread for it???
