They are actually Vintage Air P/N 49193-VUL from their Standard Series. I got them from Summit Racing for $7.15 each but they are closer $10 each now. The description is correct on the Summit website but picture is incorrect for some reason. I bought them in 2011 and checked my Summit invoice for the P/N. Also noticed that Pace has them.

Now that I am back to some sort of normal schedule, I will start posting photos of the builds back up again. Lots to do on this one to get it ready for its debut. :popcorn2:

Just ordered a Braille B3121 billet mount in black from B&B Classics Inc. Picture of this jewel from their website below. (They are a site sponsor with banner to left.)
http://www.bbclassicsinc.com/wp-cont...22-800x574.jpg Billy at B&B Classics Inc. was great to work with and it was nice to speak to someone with several years of real experience using the Braille B3121. This should make tucking the battery in the stock location a little easier and look great as well. I will run the parts over to Tim at GAP when they arrive. |

A few more pics of when I was at the shop about 2 weeks ago. Good to see it going back together and excited to see it finished. Tim will touch up the tie rod ends and castle nuts. Ordered a one-piece headliner with A/B pillars and matching sun visors from TMI Products in black ultrasuede. Still several weeks out from being delivered but will help complete the modern interior as I have the Marquez door panels and package tray, Corbeau GTS II seats and no rise switchblade console from MCI. Glass and weather stripping should start to go in soon. Got clear glass from AMD so hoping quality is in line with what others have said (i.e. should be very nice). Plumbing the fuel and brakes is also about to start. I could keep going on the list of things Tim at GAP is working on but you get the idea . . .
|
Man that's looking good!!
  |

Some updates on the interior side of the floor. Before picture, new floor plugs and POR 15 picture, FatMat Mega Mat install picture and last one is Essex cut pile carpet laying in loose to allow it to take start to take shape. Tim at GAP sent the pictures and planning to swing by the shop next week if time allows. Looking like wiring should start pretty soon. Waiting to put the front and rear glass in because I went with a one piece headliner pre-covered in ultra suede from TMI. That should be here in about 2 weeks.

More updates from GAP Racing. Starting to put side windows together and install them (new AMD glass), wiring has begun (AAW kit), installing the Vintage Air HVAC system, brakes back on (13" in front and 12" in rear), gas tank back in with new wiring, rear diff cover upgrade complete, DSE wiper motor installed . . . Going to drop off my all black wiper arms and blades I got from Camaro Central. Good looking pieces and nice to be able to get them in black without having to disassemble for paint. My one piece suede headliner should ship from TMI next week (or so I hope).

Looking good:gitrdun:
