This time you Greg have earned the coveted... Octoburn! |
It's 142,000 miles thankyouverymuch. And I'll hit you with my spot light right between the eyes there Chester Copperpot.
And it looks 142,000x better than than that little toy (albeit fast) racecar Lotus thingy you keep dumping :G-Dub: into and said you were gonna leave alone. :action-smiley-027: |

:getout: |
We have no idea how good we have it here in the USA!!

The "garage" space continues to be an issue at the new dump. Now we're working on a separate garage building (free standing) that will be buried in the hillside to the left of the 4 car garage.... We need to retain that hillside anyway -- so a decision has been made to just use a garage to be part of that retainer... WTF -- everybody can use more space! Right now it's looking to be 24 X 26...
I have a bid in on a building down in Hailey -- which will work out very well as a "rig storage and race car shop". Will see if I get that in another few days. |

Greg,
You'll be a gracious lat-g host and be pumpin this in Hailey, right? :flashie: :thankyou: |
Might as well put those underground storage tanks to use!!!
|
A real man's shop is ABOVE GROUND!! LOL
They delivered the keys for this building to me tonight.... Pretty stoked about that as now I can get going on the remodel and get all my stuff over here. Like Sieg said -- I'm having Tool Separation Anxiety!! Took a 300' tape down there -- the building is 68' deep not the 60' as I had "stepped off".... and the semi rig is 65' so that will work out fine... unless I want to walk around it! HAHAHAHAHAHA Quote:

AWESOME!!
Will have to buy a 100" big screen and put that little diddy on a loop! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA |
Very cool, so much room for activities! Any major plans or just an upgrade and refresh?
Is this the one with the buried grow rooms, I mean "fuel tanks" |

Greg's Shop
Greg
A commercial bldg away from the house works great for me. Crank the stereo and work late into the night with no one complaining. Your buddies come by and bs away and some times even help Best part is you get to pick what you want to hang on the walls and what height with no comments from the peanut gallery or having to say ok honey My home away from home Only thing better is driving the cars Panteracer NorCal Bob |

No hidden bodies or fuel tanks in this building. It will get a full makeover - new roll up doors - rip all the office space out upstairs and re-do that to my liking - fir out the walls with 2X6 and insulate and sheetrock - and do a spray insulation on the ceiling - and turn one of the big roof penetrations into an exhaust with a motorized sky light. Fix up the electrical to my needs. Pretty straight forward stuff. |

I've basically had that for the last 8 years or so... with the shed having it's own driveway -- heavy insulation... and far enough from the house to not disturb anyone. I agree - home away from home. Upstairs in the shed --- oh yeah! I can make some serious noise! And you're right Bob - no way you're bringing all this "crap" into the house!! http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...Pix/file-2.jpg There is NEVER enough space!!! http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_2252.jpg I have some tools -- ZERO skills http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1295.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1296.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1298.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1300.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1301.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1302.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1305.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1304.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...x/IMG_1306.jpg The Shed is over there....... http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/a...s/DSC_7857.jpg |
