lookin good Troy! good stuff!
Killer work Troy.
So smooth. I have no idea how you can get the joins so smooth so consistently.
How is this baby coming along ?
Neat! I wouldn't have thought those dies would hammered out the crease in the sill plates.
I know you guys are used to seeing gushing responses to your posts, but your work is getting even better, your "stampings" look OEM, well better than OEM.
All that beautiful metalwork only to be covered with some dynamat and carpet ! Love the extremely well integrated rocker panel e-brake handle as well. |
Glad to see this car getting some progress. I love it and can't wait to see it finished. Keep up the great work.
WOW! So glad this build got bumped back up to the top! Great job, love watching the progress.

Looks really nice guys.
Dang, Troy... This is phenomenal!
Wow!
Like a famous broadcaster says..."Talent on loan from God." :D |
Kudos to you, BBT-this has to be some of the best fabrication work we have seen! It's almost a shame all that work has to be covered up with paint.
This thing is SICK! Awesome build man!
Looks awesome! Excited to see going to paint!
Absolutely awesome! I couldn't even imagine where I would start to try and recreate that, let alone dream that up from nothing...great job fellas!!
That front facia and lower chin spoiler is perfection!!
That is just soooo nice, great work.

Well dang lost all the pictures in this thread. Sometimes I wonder if FB or somebody bought Photobucket and screwed everyone just to kill the forums. I still don't understand that situation, why not just raise your fees rather than triple them or whatever and kill the business.
Anyway here is nice article on the finished car: http://www.hotrod.com/articles/1969-...47363C2458438B Warning - Hot Rod's site is the worst site ever for ads. I used to turn off my ad blocker because sometimes the pictures wouldn't load and it was awful, would acompletely hose my browser sometimes.. It seems to be working now with ad blocker on - 54 ads blocked. |
Preson, I'm not a conspiracy theorist (also not implying you are) but I have wondered the same exact thing several times. They literally shot themselves in the foot in a fantastic way and single handedly shutdown many forums in the process. Did they honestly think everyone would suddenly cough up $400 a year for hosting? :computer:
Thanks for sharing the Hot Rod article, the finished car turned out well. Too bad hot Rod's site is absolute chaos to navigate thanks to the ads. I feel for someone who is A.D.D. :twak: |
Pics Marty M. (aka syborg tt) took of it at sema...

EDIT: Forgot to say the finished product looks freaking amazing! |
I love the car. I'm glad they mentioned all the modifications. I'm not familiar enough with Mopar's to catch all the changes.
