A twin turbo LS2??!! Damn, Jody...that thing is going to be hell unleashed. :hail:
I could stare at that intake all day. Nothing makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up more than fabricated aluminum parts. Awesome. |

I, like others here, anxiously await your finished product. I know it is going to be fully wicked and fully bad. That motor is just the beginning. Way to cool, Jody.

If it was here I would be cracking on it...... |
I think I had a 35-3800 stall convertor put in it when we redid the engine. Kurt can confirm.

How many times do you think you'd have to stop along the way for recharging? |

Awesome intake Jody. Can't beat those sheet metal intakes. Especially liked the way you ran the lines inside. I am sure more than a few people will be surprised by that beast when you mash the pedal...
|
Have you taken the plenum cover off? Curious about how much work they did to the radius area of the plenum to runner area.

Must be a new word from the land of Fruits and Nuts? Kinda like dillydallying around? Looks good Jody, I just love those Hogan intakes. I can not wait to see Malitude in its new glory in June. |

You should just buy a new Z06 and pick it up at the start of PT, then drive it on home from St. Louis. |

Of course. Last year Vintage Racer had his Limo in our group. It was a favorite every night when we all wanted to go to "supper" together. I may just ride with him next year.

Supper, what is that.. :D

Can you Jody post more picks of those Nelson manifolds. Look really really really good!!!
|
Called Hogan's today to see if they would make an oil tank for the LS7 and they said they just stick with manifolds - bummer, cool looking stuff.
|
try ron davis, but you don't need a dry sump to go to Sema ;)

Tyler (ATS) has the info on what Mark used on his. The round shape and height is critical. There is a new squared tank but both Mark and Tony have suggested that they could not make that shape work. If it does not work you'll lose the engine. |
Yeah I knew the square tank was out, I was hoping Hogan would make one. Hogan's suggested Billett Fabrication is Simi Valley, anybody heard?

They don't make them either, Patterson Enterprises is where they referred me to - they specialize in dry sump tanks. We'll see.
