I'm in the same boat as John. I got a heads up about the project, but unfortunately didn't have much free time to come up with anything. The past few months have been busy as ever.
I think all 3 renderings are great, but Ben's is the one that does it for me. It's presented well and is actually a custom car vs. a custom paint scheme as Brian pointed out. Kudos to all 3 artists that contributed and I can't wait to see the project move forward! Kris Horton |

Well, can we see what Kris and John would like to add to the table? Is there a rush or something. I'd be willing to wait. Not saying that I don't like any of the renderings. Ben  . But if the other artists wanted to take their time and shoot something out, I won't be the one to call TIME.

If it's not too late, I wouldn't mind contributing still.

Of course. The voting hasn't officially started yet. We're just getting people up to speed. We'll run a poll in a while. Maybe December 1st?

I feel for the respect of the work that has been done, that if you supply a rendering please do not use any of the ideas of the renderings submitted

Hmmm...10 days? Sounds like a challenge, but I'll take a shot at it if the other artists are okay with it.

We'll alert the Media.

I just talked to Jason and Brian. We all are in agreement that the party just wouldn't be the same without John or Kris throwing their hats in the ring as well. The ultimate goal is to come up with a variety of great ideas to present to everyone else and get you guys excited about the project, not to win a prize. However, we unfortunately cannot leave the deadline indefinite.
I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!!!! |
Thanks Ben! Is there a prize for this? Just curious because you mentioned one. Either way, I'm in, it just sounds like fun and a good way to get many ideas together for the car.
|
Well Kris it looks like you got the A-OK I would really love to see some work from John on this as well, Good luck and we cant wait to see your rendering

Im not a rendering artist by any means, But I build alot of projects and at times think I might have a good idea, I have shared some of my thoughts with the artists but in stages to see what we get I am very happy and respectfull to the work we have been given, I have a vision on our project and will share it, I think this car being a olds, and the reason this car was chosen they are afforable and easy for our younger to obtain, But I think we need to pull it to a new range of muscle car G-machine, No matter the rendering the car is going to get Hermance Exhaust, The more I look at the car and the renderings I think I just get confused even more I think I better just tear it apart and get things under way and let the members decide our final look.

2 more days :willy:
