Steve if your planning on doing this at Fontana, I take your challenge. I think you will kick my butt, but it would be fun to see by how much. I raise you 1 12 pack.

Hey guys, the track testing session in April is a closed event. Due to insurance reasons we can only have people directly involved at the track.

Nonetheless, PHR will have both still and video cameras there to capture the action.

We will be sure to bring you all the info possible about the Morrison 'Vette and how it tears up the tarmac, I'm confident that several new records will be set that day.

Do you know if there will be a stock Mustang or Corvette to establish a "baseline" time. I like reading about the results of these types of track events to get the relative performance of the different cars. I would also like to see a baseline run with a "stock" vehicle to get an absolute performance evaluation.

Those look familiar

good choice. I did not opt for the tricky rotors. That is a 19 inch rim and a 12 inch rotor. Yours is bigger...it must be genetics. LOL

Steve, you are forgiven. :D

But, I'm confused...how will these hurt performance, exactly?

And your '70 is looking GOOD! :)

Steve, there are a few things you can do. Different pad compounds can be used, but it's really tricky. If not done right, you'll have a change in brake bias with temperature (not always a bad thing, but you could potentially have a change in bias in different places on the same lap:_paranoid ). Brake ducts in the front only can help. Of course, if all else fails, you can go straight to the water mist/front brake ducts (increasing the cooling ability of the front brakes):unibrow:. My plan is to over-cool the fronts (if that's possible) and then balance fron there.

Mark, I haven't seen any recent pics of that thing. I bet it looks killer. You got rear wheels on that thing yet? Backspacing?

I need to ditch the DSE speed 3 kit , and get a Art chassis under mine.
