Down at Goober's Gravy Shack, we just got world wide wide internet system access.
So on a break from my hosting duties I got to see this update. Good stuff. |
So you are finally going to start
bolting all those parts you have been collecting? Its about time

All joking aside -- NICE WORK BRETT....
I was wondering what jack you used to get under Apollo? Or if you had a pit in the shop? I've also found that if you have a dented (caved in) fuel tank... that a simple torch held near the opening... will help expand the fuel/air mixture contained therein... and the opening that will create - will allow you access with hammer and dolly. |

A dent in the gas tank is just going to give you more clearance for something bro. Embrace it. Look forward to sharing some laughs with you at RTTC as I fill my usual role as a spectator. |

Anyway, we've all heard of cars that are trailer queens, but you, Doug and I, with our AAA memberships, might be starting a new trend - the flatbed queen. Matt |
I guess this is the end of the one tire fire. I recall your one legger smoking as you came off the big sweeper at RTTC3. I hope you and Brett can get it going and make it. Then again maybe I won't look as bad getting beat by your fire breathing 228 RWHP

So, axle bearings and replacing the heim joints out back seems to have taken care of my issue for the time being. Looks like RTTC is back in the plan this next weekend. My guess is that if I didn't find the real issue, it will expose itself at the event. AAA is 10-10 on the side. Hope to make the cruise on Friday, but will see how the week shapes up.
