Don't know if I missed it, but where did you source the tubing for the brake cooling vents?

Love that hood!

Steve got it from a Pegasus racing products in Wisconsin. I think you can also find it in the McMaster Carr (everything under the sun) catalog.

Here's a cool little detail. Steve put a battery shut off in the trunk that has a cable to actuate it remotely from the driver's seat.

you can also get it from A/C Spruce, Wick's, or Wag-Aero, or any other decent aircraft supply house. Called SCAT tubing

Battery shut off

No attempt to hijack. I wish I had seen your battery shut-off cable earlier. Very nice! I did something similar, but used an alluminum push rod and a bellcrank on the roll bar to put the shut-off near the trailing edge of the drivers window. It would have been easier to fire-seal with a cable.

There's no doubt there will be some comparisons between your car and mine, but they are really so different when it comes down to basically everything. It looks like the year for 69/70 Mustangs. It's about time they got their day in the sun.
You think SEMA is a tight deadline...we have to have it finished in two days for a show at the Playboy mansion!!! Yikes!

Here's a nice touch. It's a map light (between the sun visors) from an 80's fox body Mustang from ebay that has a swing arm that unclips and can be pointed in any direction. The plastic base cover just happens to match the red interior color exactly, so it didn't need to be painted. It's one of those things that just happen work out perfectly which rarely happens when custom building a car. Everything else is usually more of a struggle trying to get things to fit just right, etc.
