Looks great - how do you get inside those boxes to smooth down the louver welds ? Is the main weld done underneath so you can't see it (if so then why tack them on the top visible side ?)

Always eager to understand how the pros do it.

Any progress?? Maybe it's done and going to SEMA? ;-)
