Oh wow. Good eye. It sure looks like it..
I mentioned to MaxHarvard before that Holley had supplied a similar intake/ram to the 48hr Camaro build and Lingenfelter wound up using an alternate for hood clearance reasons.

on the 48 hour camaro that i have researched they pulled the bad ass holley intake off and put on a stock intake

Confirmed last night, the hood doesn't fit... as much as I wanted it to, it just doesn't fit for crap. Even with removing the bracing on the hood, it wouldn't do any good.

Oh well...

Anyone got a spare LS3 intake they want to sell me?

Actually it's too high right at the front of the motor.... go figure!!

Oh well, it's a great piece by holley, made really nice power and it looks totally awesome. I hate to see it go honestly :(

Damn sorry to hear this, I know all to well about buying things then not able to use them and wishing I could. Still a bad ass car!

Are you able to determine what clearance it would require?
Would you be able to use any other hoods available? Higher cowls are not ridiculous when they are there with a purpose... but they are not going to promote driveability/visibility in the twisties ala auto-x
I guess it depends what the next intake can do. Sorry to hear the At-At Walker will probably be leaving the Blue Hour
