Thanks - The headliner is one of those jobs at the bottom of the list, but if you take your time, its not rocket science and it can be very gratifying when done. Im not an expert but here's a few tips my wife and I use. When the headliner comes out of the box its wrinkled beyond belief. place it on your iron board upside down(white side), iron on low heat keep the iron moving in circular motion all wrinkles gone in 10 minutes. place all screws in there holes sticking out a bit so you can find them after its done. Hopefully you marked the holes that the bows came out of, put them back in the same holes. Measure for the center of the headliner and strike a line down it and measure the center of the bows, line all centers up with center of windshield and back glass opening. cut the listing strips about an 1.5 inches from the ends of the bows for them to stick out. Pick up 5 dozen large black binder clips as clamps, stretch, stretch, stretch. front to back, side to side. When all wrinkles are out peel off clamps five or six at a time and paint contact adhesive around perimeter car retainers and the material re-stretch and re clamp. 3M 1357 works well for me has a pretty quick set up time. One more thing vynal does shrink so slight wrinkles will come out with heat, but be very careful as the heat will cause shiny spots if held to long.

Hope the brakes worked out well for you. Thanks again- Rich

Door and quarter window glass is always fun, lots of adjustments, I got it pretty well adjusted, it certainly doesn't fit like the original but it does look nice on a new build. Working from the top down and back to front. So the rear deck and rear seat and door panels are in. Because of the harness bar tab coming through the belt line, I thought it would be a good idea to use a 67 door panel. This way I didn't have to buy/cut in to the 69 rear panels and try to trim it out, we finish painted the belt line all the way around for this reason. A couple of Polk 6x9 speakers in the rear deck and getting ready to trim carpet.

Those guarter panels look great in there. How is the rug fitting with the raised tunnel in there?? Will it have enough on the sides to get under the sill plates, or is it going to be close? Where did you pick up the headliner?
