Nice Bill! What's redneck about that??

I assume you're planing on using some kind of foam filter material in the "box"?

Was there a reason you didn't want to just stick a cone style filter on the end of the intake tube??

It turned out pretty cool Bill, Cant wait to see what you do with the engine cover.

Bill, very nice addition might I add. One question though, I see on the induction boxes you have those mesh grills for air inlet. Are you going to leave them like that or are you going to cover them up with some type of cloth or breathable paper to keep bug particles and dirt from getting into your motor? Or did you just fab the boxes up to the exact specs of a squared air filter? Maaan, that truck is sick.:faint: :faint:

the filter boxes hold a filter from an 05 grand cherokee. i mainly put the grille on to tone down the filter visability a little. im also fabing up grilles from expanded alum. kind of like street scene grilles. thanks for checking in bill

Looks like some late model gauges?

ParkRNDL 03-21-2010 03:46 PM

WOW. been a while since i checked in, that's fascinating... that shot of the dash gives me the sweats just thinking about having to sort all that out. isn't that the gauge cluster out of the Cad?

the guages are caddy ctsv,i almost have every thing working. rick dont let those wires scare ya, they just look intimadating. when you add the circuts 1 by 1 before you know it you have about a mile of wires. thanks for checking in bill

It's really looking good Bill. Now that the Blizzards are hopefully over, I really want to get down and see this thing. Oh, and let me know if you need anything modeled. Happy to help a fellow Keystone Stater  out.
